​D3 was entrusted with the opportunity to modernize and update the new home of a wonderful young family.  This 3-level, 4 bedroom,1994-built Vancouver home required many updates and upgrades.  The home received new a modern Exterior facade, Windows, Roofing and landscaping.  The interior also received many new updates, materials and built-ins.  Other interior updates include the basement level Home theater and gym, a
warm, contemporary living room and main entryway, and a
modern family kitchen.
