A remote Island off of the Coast of Lund, BC is a paradise and a getaway from the daily grind of urban life. With large forests and sandy beaches, our client has obtained two neighboring forested properties along the Western end of the Island. The Island does not have any municipal water/sewer services, or hydro services. Solar technology and Rainwater Harvesting will be implemented into the build of a small modern Cabin and an adjoining Guest Cottage, which will be connected via an elevated platform above
the natural forest floor. A large tree which has fallen on the property will be
milled on-site to create the necessary framing timbers for the cabin and
Cottage.
