Sidney, B.C. Residential Renovation 2022-Current Yager Construction This 1987-built Rancher, that exists within a mature Neighborhood will be revamped and updated. With a desire to add more natural light into the home via the southern exposure, New shed Dormers, inspired by a modern farmhouse aesthetic, will adorn the front roofline of the home. The new dormers will add to the volume of the Great Room and the Kitchen and add natural light to the spaces. The existing vinyl siding will be removed and new Fiber-Cement siding and Shingles will wrap the exterior of the home, and the roof will receive a new Standing Seam metal finish.
