The Cabage
Cumberland, B.C. Adaptive Reuse/Renovation 2021-Current An outdated and unused Detached Garage, covering 480 Sq.Ft. in Cumberland, B.C. will be converted and adaptively reused. The structure will become a cabage, the combination of a detached cottage and a cabin, for future and guest accommodations. The existing Garage will be taken back to its bare studs and trusses. A new Concrete Slab will be poured, to replace the existing old slab, and new Insulation and material finishes will assist in creating a Scandinavian-Modern aesthetic.
