​An oversized city lot in a mature neighborhood in Victoria provides a beautiful setting for a new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) for a couple. The 600 Sq.Ft. Dwelling will contain a Bedroom, Full bath, and an open-concept Kitchen, Dining and Great Room, with a 13' high sloped ceiling and plenty of natural light through numerous Clerestory windows.  A large retractable Glazing system will open up the Great Room to the Landscaped Yard beyond.  Sustainable finishes such as Shou Sugi Ban/Charred Cedar Vertical Siding and Acidized Corten Steel cladding will adorn the Exterior facade of the Structure.  Interior accents will include exposed ceiling rafters and light wood tones.
