A 16-acre, rural estate, with rolling hills and rocky terrain contained a previously built dwelling. Our clients, both Medical Doctors and Tech entrepreneurs, desired additional space for there growing Tech endeavors and space for visiting family and clients. The modern, bio-climatic addition would be scribed to the Rocky and staggered terrain, providing multi-levels of live/work space. The addition will also contain 5 bedrooms and a large, open Kitchen, Dining and Great room. A Games room and offices will also fill
the Interior space. The East wall of the open living area was designed as an
outverted, full-height, Glass Curtain wall overlooking the Lake to the East. A
Timber Frame and Glass enclosed Footbridge will join the Addition to the
existing home, bringing the natural vegetation and landscape below.
